Christmas Delivery: UK Order must be placed before 19 Dec 08 and special delivery before 23 Dec 08.

For International order, we recommend placing order before 5 Dec 08 depending on destination.

A signature is require on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will take your order back and then attempt to deliver one more time on another working day.

If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands, please allow extra time for delivery.

Times quoted are Greenwich Mean Time(GMT) or British Summer Time(BST) (as applicable)

For the United States and Australia, we aim to deliver within 5 working days following the date your order is placed.

Express (UK only):

We deliver 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday. We aim to deliver the next day if your order is placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday. For orders placed between 12 noon on a Friday and midnight Sunday (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 2 working days.

Delivery Address Options

We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
